Cancellation Policy
Cancellations one month prior to check in date will receive a full refund of their deposit less a 15% admin fee and any bank transfer fees incurred. Cancellations less than one month prior to check in, or early checkouts, will be subject to a one room night cancellation fee at the highest rate during the period staying, plus a 15% admin fee and any bank transfer fees incurred.

Cancellations during peak season will be subject to a two room night cancellation fee plus a 15% admin fee.
