Photographs from Whale Tour by Elding Whale Watching Reykjavik Iceland.

Hello my name is Frišrik and I am 9 years old, I am going Whale Watching with Elding.

Just checking things out!

Safety first, GOOD!

I love ships and lighthouses.

Mirror Mirror on the whale.

Many, Many Whales!!!!!

Remember Icelandic Parliament I am your future generation, one day I will VOTE!

Wow!  What a sight

An Icelandic whale in a flight

As it ducks and dives

Trying to stay alive

A harpoon goes flying

No whale is dieing

The whalers returned to Hvalfjordur port

Just as soon as I thought

There was a hearing in international court

They were booked and fined

For a while I can rest my mind

Just LOOK don“t KILL!

"I am big," said the monkey.
"I am small," said the snail.
"I am tiny," said the spider.
"I am huge," said the whale.

Just LOOK don“t KILL!

Remember distinction is forever Icelanders.

"We are big," said the childen.
"We are bigger than the snail.
We are bigger than the spider.
But we're smaller than the whale."

Just LOOK don“t KILL!

Whales are dinosaurs of our times!

Big, Big Whale

Swimming in the ocean
Is a big, big whale.
You can tell he’s a whale
By his big, big tail.

He comes to the surface
And he comes frequently,
To breathe in fresh air
And to blow out the sea!

Some whales have teeth
And some whales do not.
Some have baleen
Where the plankton get caught.

Oh, there is no creature
Who’s bigger than the whale
And you better believe me
‘Cause it ain’t no tale!

(Adapted from a poem by Anne Askay)

Don“t kill them just becouse you can!

How can the Icelanders look them self in a mirror?

Getting ready for take off!!!!!

We are airborn!

The observer's observation gives way to the concept of flight accumulated

(and reiterated) by the camera.

A curve exhibits the physics of the bird and these freeze frames follow the

wind's trends.

An eye watches another eye through the lens, what it saw varies less than

the verb.

The bird misses you, you miss the bird.

Looking for whales.

Spooky lighthouse!

There was an old man from Iceland
Who dreamed he was eating an ice stand

He awoke in the night
With a terrible fright

To discover it was totally true.

Documentary competition!

Fly Baby Fly!!!
